we’re decided that it’s going to be on the afternoon
of tuesday or thursday but not in the weekends.
student volunteering :
encouraging the students to volunteer during their
free classes and promise them with gifts and awards at the end of the event.
Event promotion :
we will promote for it using sms, blackberries and
websites like facebook and twitter. we will also hang posters in the college.
cooperating with admc admin :
inviting them to the event and ask them for the
schedules of the students and teachers.
cooperating with the police :
they can help us to provide special parkings for vip
guests and organizing.
the event budget :
it was estimated to be 50,000 per year by muhmmad
alawi and he was assgined to recheck the numbers.
